Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

As a Sr Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and optimization across global payment processes. You will lead key initiatives that redefine how payments are managed, creating scalable solutions to improve DSP experience and operational outcomes. • Design and Optimize Global Payment Processes: Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline global payment programs, identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Drive Efficiency and Innovation: Develop and execute strategies to optimize payment operations, reduce manual interventions, and enhance global scalability.
• Collaborate with Global Stakeholders: Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, bridging cultural and organizational boundaries to align priorities and deliver results.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze payment data and metrics to measure performance, identify gaps, and ensure the successful delivery of program goals.
• Relentless Execution: Own program goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive initiatives to completion, overcoming obstacles with creativity and resilience.
